Responsible Gambling —
Your safety is our priority
7c778 believes that enjoyable betting is only possible when it is conducted consciously and in a controlled manner. Our protection tools and guidelines will keep you safe at all times.
Online betting and casino games can be a source of entertainment — but they stay healthy and enjoyable only when you play with awareness. At 7c778, we place the highest importance on every player's mental and financial wellbeing. This page will give you complete information about responsible gaming and let you know where to get help if a problem arises.
Gambling is never a reliable source of income, nor should it be. If you find yourself placing bets repeatedly to recover losses, or you are unable to stop playing, that is an important signal that you may need help. The 7c778 support team is always by your side.
Our platform offers various tools to help you manage your own playing habits. From setting deposit limits to full self-exclusion — all types of protection are right in your hands.
Core principles of responsible gambling
Keep these core principles in mind at all times for a safe and enjoyable experience at 7c778.
Play for entertainment
Always bet for entertainment purposes. Never treat it as a way to earn income or as a solution to financial problems. Decide before you play how much time and money you are willing to spend.
Set a Budget
Only bet with money you can afford to lose. Never use funds set aside for rent, food or other essential expenses. Set deposit limits at 7c778 to keep yourself safe.
Stay aware of your time
Avoid playing for long stretches without a break. Take regular breaks and spend time with family, friends and hobbies outside of gaming. Use the time-out feature when needed.
Do not chase losses
Placing more bets to recover money you have already lost is very dangerous. This mindset is the first step toward addiction. If you lose, stop and start fresh the next day.
Protect yourself from addiction
If you feel that gaming is getting out of control, do not delay — use 7c778's self-exclusion feature. Our support team is ready to help you 24/7.
Keep your family safe
Make sure that minors cannot access your device or account. 7c778 strictly verifies that users are aged 21+. If a family member is affected, contact support immediately.
Warning signs of a problem
If any of the signs below appear in you or someone close to you, it is a signal that help may be needed. Do not view these issues with shame — take action in time.
Remember, asking for help is a sign of courage. 7c778's live chat support will assist you with complete confidentiality.

Gambling addiction — the truth
Problem Gambling is a recognised psychological condition that can affect anyone, regardless of how intelligent or financially comfortable they are. This addiction develops gradually, and often the person affected does not realise they have fallen into a problem.
7c778 believes it is important to speak openly about this issue. We never hide from our players that betting is a risky activity. That is why we actively promote responsible gaming and provide support to help take swift action when a problem is identified.
Remember — a single lost bet is part of chance, but repeatedly making the same mistake is a sign of a problem. Make each betting decision independently, not driven by emotion. And if you have any doubt about a decision in that moment, stop right there.
7c778's goal is to create an environment where gaming is safe and enjoyable for everyone. Our support team is available in Bengali and English, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Feel free to reach out any time with questions, concerns or requests for help.
